Could not get the product out of tube so I got it open and emptied into a jar. Much easier and look forward to using.

I had complained about not being able to get the product out of the tube. They have reached out to me to help resolve the issue. For that reason, I appreciate their quick response and valve their customer service for standing behind their products. I am now giving 3 stars for their support with the issue at hand. Hopefully, a better delivery service for the scrub will happen.
